Skin diagnostics
Pet skin diagnostics services by Paws N’ Claws Vet include allergy testing, microscopy, infectious or parasitic disease testing, hormonal disease testing, etc.
Video consultation
Schedule a teleconsultation with Paws N’ Claws’ head veterinarian, Dr Esther Lam, via video call from the comfort of your home. Suitable for pets with milder medical issues.
Treatment of skin issues
Get a detailed vet consultation for skin issues (e.g. infections, allergies, inherited or chronic skin diseases) with customised treatments, which may include medical baths, topical medications, and more.
Basic hygienic grooming
May include: nail clipping for overgrown or deformed nails, ear cleaning, shaving of paw pads, shaving of sanitary / genital area, and more.
Anal gland expression
Sometimes, your pet’s anal glands or anal sacs may become full, irritated, impacted, or infected. In such cases, the anal glands need to be manually expressed.
Showering
Give your pet a shower with vet-approved, medical hypoallergenic shampoos. Basic blow-drying and brushing will be included.
Anti-anxiety medication
Also known as pre-visit pharmaceuticals (PVPs), anti-anxiety meds are available from Paws N’ Claws Vet, to reduce your pet’s stress and anxiety during the medical grooming session.
Sedation
Some pets require sedation or anaesthesia to ensure their safety. During sedated grooming, the pet’s vitals will be monitored by trained Paws N’ Claws Vet veterinary personnels throughout the procedure.
Grooming dogs with mobility issues
Pets who have trouble moving around, including senior or older dogs, will require more care and caution during the grooming session.

Please note:
- Basic grooming consists of shower, blow dry, trimming of underpaws and private area, ear cleaning, and nail clipping.
- Full grooming comprises everything in the basic groom plus fur trimming according to your preference or shave.
- We only use hypoallergenic shampoos.
- Matted coats: Prices of grooming services will increase for pets with matted fur, depend on the severity of matting.
- All prices are in SGD, Singapore dollars.

Note: We only use hypoallergenic shampoos, including in our medical basic and full grooms, for dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. We do not use over-the-counter shampoos that contain ingredients and fragrances that can irritate sensitive skin and are not medical-grade.
